Eviction Notice – A legal requirement in all cases. Greenwood Avenues will prepare your notice within 24 hours of receiving your instruction.

Court Proceedings – Only required if your tenant fails to vacate your property after expiry of the Eviction Notice.

Bailiff Eviction – Only required if your tenant  fails to vacate as ordered by the court.
