Submit an Application to Court for a Possession Order

Once the Notice has expired, if your tenant has not left the property, an application can be made to your local county court for a possession order

Apply for an Eviction Warrant

After the possession order has been granted by the county court, an Eviction Warrant can be applied for to instruct the bailiffs to take possession of your property.

Notice of Seeking Possession

A Section 21 notice is a notice to inform your tenant that you wish to recover possession of the property at the end of a fixed-term tenancy agreement, or trigger an agreed break clause. It is commonly known as a ‘no fault possession notice’ as the landlord you don’t have to give a reason for wanting to take possession of your property. It may also be referred to as an ‘eviction notice’, a ‘notice to quit’ or a 'notice seeking possession’.

Court Application

If your tenant does not leave by the date specified in the notice, we can apply to the court for a possession order.

Eviction Warrant

Once a possession order is granted and if your tenant does not leave by the date specified in the order, we can apply to the court for a warrant or writ of possession.
